OUR STORY

SStraight Circles started in 2017 as a People Solution Firm with a prime focus on providing Training to Implementation oriented solutions for Organizations. We were an integrated platform where we connected Learning & Development experts, HR & Training Professionals, Tech Solution Providers, and Creative Media Experts, Process Re-engineering to Transformation and Implementation to provide end-to-end solutions for Organizations.

Our journey with several clients across various sectors gave us an insight into the Organizational work-pattern, where most organizations, including those certified as great places to work, were ironically weighed down by their stigmatized inert work cultures. We also observed that these workplaces continued to have high attrition rates and challenges in Organizational growth. On the other hand, some of our best experiences with our clients we worked with, gave high priority to employee development and work culture, and allowed us to work in tandem to develop training solutions, re-engineer their existing people processes, and bring in a transformation centered around employee development.

Our passion for people helped us embark on a journey of research, to curate best practices and transformative propositions to help Organizations embrace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, truly in a holistic way and nurture happy workplaces. Armed with 20+ years of experience across Fortune 500 companies like IBM, HP and Mphasis and working across several Industries as an Entrepreneur, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse cultures across the globe covering India, U.S. UK, France, Netherlands, Malaysia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa and find solutions that bridge Inclusion gaps.

As a POSH Enabler (Prevention of Sexual Harassment for Women @ Workplace) and an Authorised Resource Person with the Ministry of India for Women and Child Care Development, I have worked with numerous Organizations in chalking out policies, driving several anti-harassment initiatives and workshops on Gender Sensitization.

Amongst my various social initiatives, I have been working with Persons with Disabilities, LGBTQ+ and driving Inclusive programs as part of my Leadership profile on a global Women’s NGO. The objective being, to understand social injustice at a holistic level, to address intersectionality at the workplace and to influence community behaviour at the same time.
