Workplace and Accessibility Audit

As part of the workplace and accessibility audit, we identify areas that need to be addressed to enable environments, policies, and processes for persons with disabilities, women, and transgender people to be included in the workplace.

CSR Projects and Events

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a mandate in India for all Companies that have

  • A net profit of Rs. 5 crores or more or
  • A net worth of Rs. 500 crores or more or
  • A turnover of Rs. 1,000 crores or more

Two Percent of its average net profits need to be invested in projects in the field of education, social empowerment, environment, water supply, sports, health care, culture through a registered Section 8 non-profit Organization that is an NGO, Society or a Trust. Besides improving bottom-line financials and employer branding, a CSR program is essential for customer loyalty and employee satisfaction. In addition, it builds teamwork, and a sense of purpose in your employees by engaging them with the local community. Companies engaging in CSR activities have contributed significantly in creating a positive impact to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030.

Here are a few ways that you can engage with us for your CSR project or initiative

  1. Sponsor our event, campaign or project – We run numerous social cause related events, campaigns and initiatives that support Children, Women, Persons with Disabilities and the LGBTQ communities. These events are done at public spaces and Educational Institutions.
  2. Youth Leadership Development Program for Women – Our Youth Leadership Development programs for Women aims to build Leadership and critical life skills in young women empowering them to tackle socio economic barriers to their careers, economic and financial independence. Through this CSR partnership, we help Organizations improve their gender diversity ratio and also help create a pool of Women Leaders. We are solving the following problems via this Program
    1. Prevent early marriage in women till they become financially independent
    2. Women will be better prepared to set up a support system that will not hamper their career progress should they choose to become a parent.
  3. Would you like to help bridge employment gaps and look at increasing gender diversity at the same time? We are looking for Organizations to partner with us for employment skilling initiatives that will help solve the below 2 problem areas
    1. Bridge significant unemployment gaps that exist across underrepresented communities comprising of Persons with Disabilities and Transgender people.
    2. Through the CSR partnership, Organizations will also help in bridging socio-economic gaps and help uplift underprivileged sections with better employment opportunities.
  4. As part of the Employment Upskilling program for Persons with Disabilities and Transgender people we also conduct Workplace and Accessibility Audits to make environments, policies and processes inclusive.

Anti-bullying and harassment campaigns for Educational Institutions

We curate anti-bullying and harassment campaigns for educational institutions. They aim to prevent and address bullying, cyberbullying, racism, body shaming, gender identity bullying, and sexual harassment in schools and colleges. Bullying can be prevented or stopped by fostering a safe environment where children can thrive socially and academically.
